Partnership Guidelines
Healthy Brandon in motion has embraced the vision to increase the health of Brandon citizens by encouraging physical activity.
One of our key goals is to capitalize on community partnerships aimed at building a healthier Brandon through physical activity related events. If your organization or group is planning a community based activity, free of charge, and open to the public, Healthy Brandon in motion may be able to assist with achieving your goals.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to advertise on the Healthy Brandon in motion website and via our database network
- Opportunity to host a link to your homepage on the Healthy Brandon in motion website
- Assistance with volunteer recruitment through our database
- Possibility of providing an Ambassador or representative to promote the event in media, act as an event Emcee, or provide a warm-up activity for participants
- Interactive physical activity displays at community events
- Incentive items (subject to availability)
- A physical activity gift basket for a door prize draw (subject to availability)
- Blank Healthy Brandon in motion posters to help advertise your event
What We Ask in Return:
- The event must be centered around physical activity in Brandon Area
- Healthy Brandon in motion Logo recognition on printed materials
- Acknowledgement as partners in PSA’s, media, and advertising
- Opportunity to post a Healthy Brandon in motion website link on host’s website
- Opportunity to have an interactive display at the event
- Information, or completed evaluation on the outcome of your event: successes, challenges, number
Healthy Brandon in motion reserves the right to refuse endorsement of a community event that conflicts with its Vision and Purpose, or that it believes will negatively effect the reputation of the organization.
As a community based, volunteer driven committee, Healthy Brandon in motion is not able to assist with planning your event, or become involved with any aspects of event logistics, i.e.; taking registrations.
