The YWCA Brandon is working with others to improve women’s lives by responding, through supportive programs and services offered in positive environments, to the changing needs of the individual, the community of Western Manitoba, and society.

[ June 26, 2009; ] Merv Tweed, MP for Brandon-Souris joins with Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba Program Coordinator, Crystal Henderson to announce their partnership in hosting the Merv Tweed Charity Golf Tournament.  Net proceeds of the tournament held at Oak Island Golf Course in Oak Lake will be in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
